Customer Support Officer

Carpat Sport Srl is one of the major players in bicycles manufacturing in Romania. We are expanding our online sales channels in Europe on Amazon and Ebay.

We hire a Customer Support Officer who will take care of our listing and business on these international online platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Resolve customer complaints via phone and email
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
• Advise on company information
• Place or cancel orders
• Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale

Requirements:

• Proven customer support experience with Amazon and/or Ebay – mandatory!
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English language (spoken and written)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
