Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. 
  • Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommends potential products or services by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education, preferably University degree commercial, economical or technical.
    Minimum 1 year relevant technical-commercial experience in an international industrial environment. 
  • Customer oriented and creative in finding solutions to match customer expectations.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Maturity and confidence in relating to different functions and responsibility levels at customer and internal to achieve the goals and mutually satisfactory outcome.
  • Technically adept and willing to learn about products, specifications and manufacturing processes and services.
