For one of our clients, a company focused on providing an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solution that brings high-performance cloud in the world by combining proprietary server, storage and network technologies, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative L1.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving technical issues encountered by clients;
- Handling technical support in a timely manner using available resources within the company;
- Logging the requests of the customers following the procedures;
- Following instructions and documentation, in order to find answers for complex issues and fix a fault;
- Helping with account support, orders or refunds where required;
- Preparing and creating reference material for the team by drafting operation instructions for various situations.
Requirements:
- Outstanding English and Romanian language writing and communication skills;
- Knowledge in managing Windows systems;
- Basic knowledge in managing Linux systems is a plus, but not mandatory;
- Ability to code script and debug in Python or Bash is a plus;
- Fast learner, keen for knowledge and curious;
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
