For one of our clients, a company focused on providing an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solution that brings high-performance cloud in the world by combining proprietary server, storage and network technologies, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative L1.


Responsibilities: 

  • Resolving technical issues encountered by clients;
  • Handling technical support in a timely manner using available resources within the company;
  • Logging the requests of the customers following the procedures;
  • Following instructions and documentation, in order to find answers for complex issues and fix a fault;
  • Helping with account support, orders or refunds where required;
  • Preparing and creating reference material for the team by drafting operation instructions for various situations.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding English and Romanian language writing and communication skills;
  • Knowledge in managing Windows systems;
  • Basic knowledge in managing Linux systems is a plus, but not mandatory;
  • Ability to code script and debug in Python or Bash is a plus;
  • Fast learner, keen for knowledge and curious;
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
