Our client, a leading international service provider that lives and breathes digital technology, designs and implements customized solutions covering a wide range of business processes along integrated service chains. Responsibilities include:

• Promoting client support by means of phone/ email/ chat
• Offering solutions to customers regarding the company's services
• Documenting all operations in the company's database, according to work procedures

Requirements:

• Upper intermediate Dutch
• Excellent spoken and written communication abilities
• Customer orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive attitude, team spirit
• Good PC operating skills and typing speed
