Description

We're looking for an Advanced Ukrainian Customer Support Representative to work with us on providing our clients with a WOW customer experience.

The customer support will be responsible with helping our clients in order to prevent/solve problems
Be the point of contact for our customers
Provide comprehensive information regarding the products and services offered by the company

Requirements

Written Proficiency for Ukrainian and English
Clear and positive communication skills- Customer oriented, ability to assure customer engagement by managing support queries
Time management skills to enable prioritization of tasks
Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills and communication with the different departments
Can-do approach, creative and committed to improve and continuously learn
Excellent social skills and strong ability to operate multiple applications and platforms
A Team player person
Willingness to continuously learn and improve
Previous work experience in customer service is a huge advantage!
