We're looking for an Advanced Ukrainian Customer Support Representative to work with us on providing our clients with a WOW customer experience.
- The customer support will be responsible with helping our clients in order to prevent/solve problems
- Be the point of contact for our customers
- Provide comprehensive information regarding the products and services offered by the company
Requirements
- Written Proficiency for Ukrainian and English
- Clear and positive communication skills- Customer oriented, ability to assure customer engagement by managing support queries
- Time management skills to enable prioritization of tasks
- Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills and communication with the different departments
- Can-do approach, creative and committed to improve and continuously learn
- Excellent social skills and strong ability to operate multiple applications and platforms
- A Team player person
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve
- Previous work experience in customer service is a huge advantage!
