We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Client Success team!
Attributions:
- Troubleshoot technical & product related issues and answer customer inquiries by phone, email or chat quickly and efficiently
- Reach out to customers for feedback
- Think up and propose ways to improve the product functions and customer satisfaction
Requests:
- Tech savvy
- Previous customer support experience (at least 1 year) in call center is an advantage
- Customer focus and good teamwork skills
- Good communication skills
- Good command of English (verbal and written)
