Customer Support with English

The Candidate:
- The person we are looking for must be fluent in English

- Knowledge in MS Office and Internet use is required
- Knowledge in one of the following languages is a plus: French, Spanish, Italian, German, Japanese
- The ideal candidate would be a curious, fast learning, focused and detail oriented person
- The ability to work under light supervision and flexibility would be highly appreciated
- We appreciate complex personalities with a high desire for personal development

Responsibilities

- You will be part of the Customer Support Team and also an Account Manager, therefore you will be responsible for one of our selling accounts, serving current and potential customers while ensuring good account performance.

- Communication with our clients and, in some cases, with Amazon directly is done via email.

- You will be monitoring the performance parameters and take action whenever necessary to make sure we meet Amazon’s criteria.

- You have to pay attention and identify any factors that could affect your account in any way. In this regard, you are in daily contact with our colleagues from the shipping and technical departments.

- All operations will be facilitated by internal software and all newcomers will receive proper training in order become accustomed to the technical system tools.
