How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• Assist in the daily administrative, operational functions of the department;
• Ensure the connection between DHL and Customs during the clearance process for inbound and outbound parcels;
• Ensure all the relevant information is updated in the system;
• Fill in and keep track of all the reports;
• Archive clearance daily;
• Take care of the archive in conformity with Customs legislation;
• Give priority for Import Express, Key Account and Priority List.

Skills & experience

Do you have what it takes?

• Good planning and organization skills (able to set priorities and meet deadlines);
• Good communication skills both  in English and Romanian;
• Good computer skills;
• Customer orientation;
• Ability to work under stress;
• Driving license;
• RCDPS knowledge would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of customs legislation would be an advantage;
• Fluency in Romanian (spoken & written);
