How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• Display an Insanely Customer Centric attitude and search for new solutions and initiate changes in DHL customs procedures in order to best serve our customers;
• Manage customs across the projects, ensuring that all customs regulations are understood and implemented;
• Preparation of the budget of ongoing programs and projects;
• Plan the resources necessary for the implementation of programs and project resources;
• Managing the project group for timely implementation of projects;
• Development of short- and long-term project plans ;
• Cooperation with other departments of the company and EU support functions to carry out ongoing projects and substantive support of the second projects carried out in the organization;
• Manage accurate and timely performance reporting.

Skills & experience

Do you have what it takes?

• Excellent understanding of International Trade, Compliance and Customs regulations, including customs classifications and regulatory requirements (licenses, certificates etc.);
• Good knowledge of MS Office and customs applications;
• Experience in project management, transport, logistics;
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification will be a plus;
• Team player;
• Communicative, creativity, analytical thinking, ability to plan and organize your own work.
