• To answer to general inquiries about company and customs services by telephone in a professional manner;
• To establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers in order to ensure that the best quality service is offered;
• To deal courteously with customer queries and complaints about the clearance process;
• To provide telephone trace requests related to clearance activities from customers and other DHL stations;
• To promote a high sales initiative related to clearance process in order to increase country business acquisition;
• To provide accurate information regarding export and import clearance procedures.
