How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• Answer to general inquiries about company and customs services by telephone in a professional manner;
• Establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers in order to ensure that the best quality service is offered;
• Deal courteously with customer queries and complaints about the clearance process;
• Provide telephone trace requests related to clearance activities from customers and other DHL stations;
• Promote a high sales initiative related to clearance process in order to increase country business acquisition; 
• Provide accurate information regarding export and import clearance procedures.

Skills & experience

• Excellent communication skills;
• Very good Customer Orientation;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Very good level of English and Romanian;
• Good PC skills.
