Key Responsibilities
- Research, design and support the implementation of information security solutions for the organization.
- Architect independently determine and develop approach to solutions under limited direction.
- Document security standards, solutions, data flows, procedures, and other technical information as directed.
- Evaluate and apply mature technologies to meet current or emerging business needs. Act as primary consultant to the business to elicit project-oriented business requirements.
- Articulate Security Analysis findings and provide remediation strategies as well as Security Threat Modeling.
- Develop processes, architecture, and tools for securing the system. Provides expert advice to technical staff within the appropriate technical discipline.
- Mentor other members of the technical staff.
Essential Requirements
- Graduate/Masters in computer science with 12+ years of software development experience. Experience working on Secure development practices and set the network and application architecture principle for securing the eco-system.
- Strong Knowledge on security standards such as OWASP, WASC, SANS etc.
- Experience with system Threat modelling, DDOS mitigation.
- Very good Hands-On Experience in at-least one of the automated web application vulnerability scanners like AppScan, Webinspect, Accunetix, Burpsuite Pro etc.
- Have detailed Knowledge of common Web application attack vectors such as SQL injection, CSRF, XSS, Session Management issues, Direct Object reference, Click-jacking, Buffer-overflows, etc
- Simulating the attack exploit through tools for application and network. Strong knowledge on Static Code Analyzers like Fortify, Sonar etc.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with “PingID” or other SSO providers, will be a plus.
- Experience with Vulnerability assessment, Network Penetration Testing.
- Very good Hands-On Experience in at-least one of the Penetration Testing tools like - Aircrack-ng, Wireshark, Nmap, Metasploit etc.
