D-FMEA moderator- central function

Main responsibilities:

• Planning and organization of FMEA workshops,
• Moderation and documentation of D-FMEAs with APIS IQ FMEA,
• Maintenance and Optimization of existing FMEA reports,
• Implementation of system countermeasures and lessons learned from internal quality issues and customer claims,
• Assure alignment of P-and D- FMEA and Interfaces to customer,
• Documentation, release and archiving of FMEA reports,
• Assure that FMEA method is in line with customer requirements,
• Analysis of the FMEA reports and reporting to management and customer,

 Requirements:

• Master or bachelor with technical background ( mechanical design preferred),
• At least 4 years experience in automotive industry,
• Experience in FMEA with a common FMEA Software tool ( APIS preferred),
• Good communication and moderation skills,
• Convincing appearance,
• Good assertiveness,
• Good knowledge in office applications,
• Safe in English language spoken and written,
• German language represents an advantage.
