Data analyst

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal software applications and calculate various statistical indicators;
• Communicate with internal client services in order to obtain data and information needed for the calculation of scores. Ensure liaison with the client in every phase of the project, on matters of research methodology or analysis issues;
• Collaborate closely with other departments involved in the elaboration of the project. Check various unconformity gaps and suggest improvements;
• Extract information according to client request;
• Verify patterns of data in order to guarantee their quality;
• Provide solutions and suggest methodological alternatives in order to meet client’s research objectives;
• Ensure best quality checks and on time deliveries.

Requirements:  

• Relevant experience or background -  University degree, preferably in Computer Science / Mathematics / Cybernetics / Sociology / Marketing;
• Knowledge of Office package, mainly Excel;
• Basic knowledge macros (VBA);
• Fluency in English – good speaking and writing skills;
