The impact of your role at Ericsson :

We are now looking for a Data Analyst. He / She will have overall responsibility for a variety of reporting tasks: extracting, compiling and interpreting key operational and statistical data. He / She will be responsible for developing and maintaining new standardized reporting on a routine basis.

You will also:

• Build / design new reports based on new report requests
• Evaluate the effort needed for building specific reports
• Handle existing reports
• Handle reporting portal
• Automate procedures for data extraction from the GUI of various tools published on several Citrix farms
• Develop, maintain and modify the BI platform used for reporting for the NOC

How your expertise will make the difference (Qualifications needed)

• Previous experience on a similar Reporting job
• University graduate (Computer Science, Cybernetics or similar)
• Strong knowledge of Excel, including VBA programming (in order to handle / develop custom reports)
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server
• Good command of Tableau interactive visualization (for running / developing reports and dashboards)
• Knowledge of Business Objects (in order to run / develop reports/dashboards in BO)
• Knowledge of python would be an advantage (used in ETL processes)
• Creative & innovative
• Keen on continuous learning
• Willing to apply expertise and technology
• Analytical predisposition
• Good skills in presenting & communicating information
• Persuasive
