  Skills & Experience:

•  Business analysis, project scoping, planning - Work with key stakeholders to identify best practices for service delivery and performance monitoring
• Knowledge of Tableau Desktop/Server or similar tools – be able to build visualizations and dashboards that document key findings and answers to business questions
• Exposure to Alteryx or similar tools for data prep, blending and shaping for insight and analysis
• Experience with SQL based technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL etc.; able to write complex data queries
• Confident with database design, documenting data quality, and defining plan to improve data quality

 Data acquisition and preparation
o Obtain, validate, clean, and transform data in preparation for exploration and analytics.
o Identify gaps in data and suggest requirements to document/drive data insight

 Insight Generation

o Work with analytic tools to discover useful information and insights and provide suggestions in line with business goals
o Meet with project stakeholders to understand key needs, problem areas, and operational inefficiencies
o Generate and deliver reports that help key business leaders review data more effectively
o Provide analysis of existing business led workflows and analytic dashboards and advise best practice and performance improvement

 Business Adoption

o Help drive and embed a culture of data-driven analytical decision making across the business
o Provide training and coaching on how business end users can optimize the value of self-serve analyti
