Requirements

University degree (Finance/Economics; Mathematics/Statistics; Business Analytics/Data Analytics, could be an advantage);
Language: English – Medium to Advanced;
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
Team player with a positive attitude; energetic and proactive;
Strong combination of interpersonal, analytical and decision-making skills;
Experience in the Collection Industry;
Competency in cleansing and organizing structured and unstructured data in SQL.
Proven experience in working with data analysis tools and BI tools;

It is considered a plus:

Experience working with SPSS or R;
Experience working with databases (MySQL or Oracle), writing queries, reporting and presenting findings;

Job description

Provides operational reports to collection department;
Review portfolio analysis reports;
Continuously monitor the evolution of the NPL portfolios;
Analyze the difference between current portfolios and possibly new purchased portfolios;
Evaluation and update of all pricing elements and costs;
Periodical pricing analysis and forecasts.
