We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Iasi with 2+ years of relevant working experience in marketing automation!

Requirements:
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration/ Marketing/ Computer Science/ or having relevant working experience
• Hand-on knowledge of SQL, MS Excel and Macros with ability to write/modify/optimize queries based on requirements
• Comfortable working with multiple data sources including SQL Server, Access, flat data files, proprietary databases, fuzzy look ups web-based interfaces
• Sound understanding of the Marketing Concepts – Audience segmentation, Lead contact ability and GDPR.
• Good Communication Skills
• Flexible to work in non-standard hours.

Nice to have:
• Understanding of modern digital marketing tools and technologies.
• Hands on experience on SFMC and Marketo.
• Experience in leading campaign execution teams - defining processes, checklists, and tracking KPIs.
• Understanding of campaign optimization and provide insights to business.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Data preparation, Data analysis and execution of requests that require data pull from various databases using SQL.
• Work closely with email marketing team to support data pull/segmentation requirements for campaign execution while ensuring quality of data.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, execute data pull activities on marketing database, secure approvals and import data.
• Work across large teams, often across multiple countries
