Data Analyst Lead

We are looking for a Data Analyst Lead to join our team in Iasi with 5+ years of relevant working experience in marketing automation!

Requirements:
• Fluency in English;
• Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration/ Marketing/ Computer Science/ or having relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge of SQL, MS Excel and Macros with ability to write/modify/optimize queries based on requirements
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Comfortable working with multiple data sources including SQL Server, Access, flat data files, proprietary databases, fuzzy look ups web-based interfaces
• Sound understanding of the Marketing Concepts – Audience segmentation, Lead contactability and GDPR
• Provide alternatives to improve and enhance the services standards and carried out system review to improve quality
• Ability to lead teams – assign tasks, ensure quality & timelines of delivery, compliance of defined guidelines, processes etc.
• Track and work towards maintaining client KPIs and is passionate about improving performance
• Flexible to work in non-standard hours

Nice to have:
• Understanding of modern digital marketing tools and technologies
• Hands on experience on SFMC and Marketo
• Experience in leading campaign execution teams - defining processes, checklists and tracking KPIs
• Understanding of campaign optimization and provide insights to business

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Data preparation, Data analysis and execution of requests that require data pull from various databases using SQL
• Work closely with email marketing team to support data pull/segmentation requirements for campaign execution while ensuring quality of data
• Perform ETL operations on SQL database and other peripheral marketing tools
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, execute data pull activities on marketing database, secure approvals and import data
• Plan request volume intake, manage marketing calendar and assign tasks/activities to team members
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and on-time campaign delivery
• Take ownership for resolving client issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution
• Work across large teams, often across multiple countries, to gather input and communicate findings and practices company wide
