Our Exciting Opportunity !

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Transforming data into a format that can be easily analyzed and to provide a solid base for data analytics
• Expanding and optimizing our data architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams and for various flows and processes

 You will

• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS ‘big data’ technologies.
• Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide meaningful insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
• Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members

 To be successful in the role you must have

• Previous experience on a similar job (at least 3 years)
• Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
• Strong experience in building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
• Experience in processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management.
• Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable ‘big data’ data stores, ‘data lake’ and other latest architectures.
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including T-SQL, PL-SQL and Postgres.
• Considered a plus: experience with big data/visualization tools like Hadoop, Hive, Cloudera, Tableau, Spark etc.
