In this role you will set & update site details/connection parameters for Mood Media technologies using customized interfaces.

Profile requirements:

English – advanced level verbal & written
Have a basic understanding of the network configuration (IP, Mask, Gateway, DNS, Port No.)
Working knowledge of networking technologies
Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing technical terminology into terms understandable to non-technical colleagues
Excellent knowledge of MSOffice applications
Responsible, well organized, thorough, proactive
Ability to analyze and synthesize
Excellent sense of teamwork and self-employed
Meticulous and quality oriented

Responsibilities:

Receiving requests for setting & updating Mood DB
Providing feedback on receiving/executing tasks
Giving feedback to internal departments/other Mood subsidiary on receiving/executing requests
Support marketing department/call center
Preparation of monthly statistics on requests flow
