Tremend is currently looking for a responsible Data Entry Operator, who has a can do attitude and a great sense of attention to details. Candidate may have no experience in the field. If you fit the description, then keep on reading.
Responsibilities:
- Inserting customer and account data
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting data according to priorities
- Reviewing data for errors or any other incompatibilities with the requirements
- Generating reports and storing completed work in designated locations
- Keeping information confidential
- Collects data from the company departments, maintains different types of relevant databases, drafts reports and presentations for the CEO
- Manage the office agenda, the meeting schedules, ensures the observance of meeting schedules, reprograms meetings if necessary
You also meet most (if not all) of the following requirements:
- Excellent administrative skills, with particular emphasis on accuracy
- Structured, diligent, well-organized
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to filter information and assess priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
