POSITION PURPOSE
The candidate will be a hands-on leader of a small team of data specialists, both contributing to work and managing the team. This role supports the data integrity requirements across multiple products and services, contributing to the delivery of complex projects from multiple teams. This includes, data validation, augmentation, data cleaning, data sorting and classifications, as well as some basic analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assure the completion of the team mandate, maintain quality standards, meet deadlines and manage personnel assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-4 years of experience in a related role, with leadership experience
- Business English oral and writing skills are essential, as the company’s working language is English;
- Good research and writing skills;
- Advanced excel skills and experience with online data systems like CRM and databases;
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment with competing timelines;
- Strong data and data analysis skills.
