Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Creation and maintenance of Data Management objects for all British American Tobacco Global Business Services customers in accordance with British American Tobacco Global Business Services Data Management process designs;
- Maintain foundation objects in line with business requirements and agreed ways of working;
- Ensure full adherence to control requirements and segregation of duties;
- Assists the business community with specific Data Management queries and issue resolution;
- Ensuring ad-hoc reports extracted from the system are dealt with in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA);
- Ensuring timeliness, accuracy and completeness of all Data Management objects maintained;
- Assist with ad hoc Data Management projects, as assigned by superiors;
For this job you need to have:
- University Degree (economic studies is considered a plus);
- Good command of English spoken and written;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office standard pack (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point);
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, positive and well organized;
- Prioritizes own work / understands escalation trigger points
