Main purpose of the role: Develops and maintains the company system/s by which mobile merchandisers report for the achieved results and the information system/s through which sales team/a receive an information about distributor sales and the targets that they have to reach.

Job Responsibilities'

· Develops and maintains the company information system/s for business analysis needs /BI/ in accordance to the global company’s strategy.

·Develops and maintains the reporting system/s for the mobile merchandisers and collects marketing information from the market (CRM).

·Communicates with the colleagues who are responsible for the maintaining of the corporate systems, as well as with their active users with the aim of eliminating of the problems that have occurred and increasing their satisfaction.

·Responsible for the analyzing of the work activities of the sales teams and creates systems that will meet their needs.

·Provides training for the colleagues for the successful implementation of the systems in order to improve their overall performance and continuing professional development.

·;Administers and maintains the systems for which is responsible by checking the correctness of the recorded data.

·Monitors the financial relationships between Ficosota and the companies supporting the corporate systems/ with aim to prevent negative impacts on the achievement of the company's business goals.

·Performs additional tasks within his / her competence assigned to him / her by the Direct Manager, the Business Unit Manager and the Manager or arising in the course of the work, in the sense of the activity of the department.

Skills: Communication skills, problem solving skills, analytical thinking, negotiation skills, organization and prioritization skills, adaptive, team player

Education: University degree; Information Technology/Systems or relevant is an advantage

Experience: 1-2 years relevant professional experience; sales experience is an advantage

Computer literacy and technical skills: MS Office: Excel is mandatory – advanced level; Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
