Data Steward with German

Responsabilities: 

• Acting as a contact person for master data in purchasing for all FFT division
• Weekly & regular checking of master data (purchasing group, industry code, DUNS, Incoterm, payment terms, etc.)
• Developing appropriate reports in SAP BW for data check purpose and distribution
• Forwarding changes to the responsible division & following up to ensure that the required changes are implemented
• Screening vendors with regard to duplicates and vendors that are no longer used
• Analyzing provided excel data for transport
• Supporting SCM in data preparation for tenders and RFQ and asking suppliers for quotes
• Invoice checking under the advice of SCM
• Cost comparisons for supplier selection etc.

Our expectations:

• Background in logistic world is welcome but not a must
• Fluent in German and English
• Understanding of figures and willingness to analyze
• Good knowledge of Excel and SAP
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Structured and logical/ analytical way of thinking
• Highly self-motivated
