Project description

We are looking for Data Warehouse Technical Manager for a new project. Our client is a major, renowned bank in Germany. Our project involves the migration of an extensive data warehouse from Oracle OWB to Oracle ODI. Due to the scope of the elements to be migrated, all possibilities of automation should be used (Migration Utility, OMB*Plus, Groovy).

To ensure your success in this role, the following skills and knowledges is needed:

• Experienced technical project manager;
• In-depth know-how regarding the structure and configuration of Oracle databases;
• Experience with conception and architecture of a data warehouse;
• Experienced handling of SQL and PL/SQL;
• Many years of experience with Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB);
• Many years of experience with Oracle Database Integrator (ODI);
• Secure handling of script creation under OMB*Plus(Tcl) and Groovy;
• Experience in planning and implementing migration from OWB to ODI, especially using the Oracle Migration Utility.
