DATABASE ENGINEER

Requirements
— At least 3 years оf working with SQL Server;
— Good understanding and experience on T-SQL/ SPs/ Dynamic SQL;
— Experienced with performance tuning (finding performance bottlenecks, execution plans, indexes, large data/transaction volumes etc.);
— Quality focus (understanding impact оf changes, seeing the bigger picture, not working in silos, hungry to make improvements);
— Proactive communicator and troubleshooter (ask questions about things that don’t sound right rather than just forging ahead blindly);
— Experience with version control software (Git) is a plus;
— C#/.Net or other development background is considered a plus.

— Demonstrate ability to work as part of a development team;
— Create structured code for integration into larger systems, document work for maintenance in a production environment, create task lists, timelines and deliverables;
— Seek out and push the team to do better;
— Be an algorithmic, analytical thinker;
— Enjoy working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software against dynamic schedules;
— Be the person who analyzes, defines and documents system requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, auditing, reporting requirements and production configuration.
