DC Network Delivery Manager

Your day to day

Delivery management for connectivity services comprising of configuration requests, standard and non-standard projects supporting end-to-end network delivery.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

• Coordination of delivery in a product service oriented manner for end to end solutions/implementation, including managing Infrastructure/Cloud dependencies

• Participate in sprints (including sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings) for connectivity product development

• Taking over a broader scope of network implementation management, including co-ordination of network/server migration activities

• Interaction with customers and all relevant stakeholders across the organization to discuss, review and capture requirements, highlight project dependencies and support relevant teams and key stakeholders in resolving dependencies

• Discuss the requirements with Service Design/Operations and propose optimal solutions

• Be a single point of contact for customer and other stakeholders for clarifications on available products/solutions and status of running projects

• Open and manage tickets into Service Design/Operations teams and provide coordination support on required HLD until solution is implemented and tested

• Engage regional demand teams for delivery within OpCo networks

With these skills you are a great candidate:

• University degree in technology [. engineering, telecommunications, computer science];

• Project Coordination, Transition & Delivery Management and IT Infrastructure Delivery experience

• Agile Methodologies - Scrum/Kanban knowledge

• Knowledge of network architecture and operational environments in data centres including: WAN/LAN, Corporate networks, Office, Firewalls, Routing, Proxies, Load balancing

• Good to have technical skills in order to understand, validate and implement requirements high level knowledge in: SDN/Network Orchestration, Public Cloud Connectivity, Edge Cloud Architecture, AWS/Azure Environments
