Delivery Manager Voice Core

For a major mobile network managed service in an international environment, Connect44 is looking for a motivated Delivery Manager, based in our services and operations center in Romania. You have a strong history in project delivery and you are able to understand and deliver projects within a structured project management methodology. Furthermore, you are a team player and a very good organizer who maintain diligently good quality and up to date project documentation. Your willingness to work out of hours as event coordinator to ensure successful delivery underlines your flexibility.

Main tasks

• Arrange change requests, approvals, book resources, maintain the implementation plan
• Co-ordination of events, project tasks and appropriate escalation
• Diligent update of RAID register (project risks, actions, issues and decisions)
• Contribute to project definition workshops, post implementation reviews, etc.
• Efficient use of resources
• Responsible for the project delivery
• Ensure to maintain a good quality project delivery
• Manage challenging timescales
• Willingness to travel to other European entities of Connect44 as required, to meet local teams and key client contacts
• Mobile Telecom Network Architecture
• Relevant knowledge events on CS (HLR, MSC, MGW, STP, TSC) and PS (GGSN, SGSN) nodes;
• Handling troubleshooting on CS and PS nodes.

Required compentences

• BA/BSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• At least 2 years of experience as a delivery manager, project coordinator in Core Network or telecom industry
• Strong technical background in the Telecommunication industry
• Potentially have niche experience in voice core project area
• Leadership competences & team player mindset
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English, any other language is an advantage
• Experience in an international environment and understanding of different cultures
