•             SharePoint administration

•             Client Manager / Account Master File and including direct interaction with GBU Single Point Of Contact on this matter

•             Send pro-active proposal via functional mailbox 

•             Special analytics (in collaboration with core India team) for pro-active proposal campaigns

•             Maintain roadmap material (PPT, ID-Cards, etc.)

•             Be part of the English speaking  Account talks, to participate and understand, the situation related to pro-active proposal

•             Client Success Academy support (. consolidating and updating files based on attendance and communication)

•             Back-up for hosting Academy online meetings if required (. in case of sick leave or holidays)

 

Skills:

•             Intercultural awareness

•             Ability to appraise and quality assure the work product they produced

•             very good MS Office skills

•             SharePoint administration skills

•             effective communicator with very good spoken and written English skills

•             project management - confident communicating with different  leaders to get key information or tasks completed on time

•             self-assignment – able to assign the tasks and follow up until the task is completed

•             solid analytical skills (numeric and linguistic)

•             detail oriented, pays attention to the quality of work
