We are looking for more than one experienced IT professional in Virus Protection Service with Microsoft Defender experience for our location in Timisoara, Romania. We’re searching for people with professional experience in:

• 2nd/3rd Level Support for incidents/changes related to Virus Protection Service (Microsoft Defender would be a plus);
• experience with Anti-Malware technologies and/or Systems Administration with focus on security (this should include experience with endpoint security, server security and threat analytics)
• Monitoring and troubleshooting the customer’s infrastructure.
• Ticketing system knowledge;
• Creating reports;
• Work instructions/procedures know-how;
• IT infrastructure (ITIL Foundations is a plus);
• Preparation of complete and correct documentation of configuration items related to contracts;
• Microsoft Certification MS-500; AZ-500 are a plus
• Intune, SCCM client management knowledge are welcome as well.
