Job Description

We are looking for a Demand Planner to be based inTimisoara and ensure the correct execution of the customer request acceptance process in the system.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Process accurately customers’ demands in the system;
• Interface with customers for escalations on commitments execution, expediting orders, solving problems;
• Monitor, communicate and escalate issues that influence customer delivery performance / inventory targets;
• Plan, schedule, coordinate and approve orders for production towards production planning department based on available materials, capacity and customer priorities;
• Provide information to management and production control for production rescheduling in case of design changes, insufficient materials or labor, backlog and other potential causes for plan failure;
• Convert customer orders to plan / production orders.

Here is some of what you’ll need:

• University degree in technical or economic field;
• Advanced English knowledge;
• Computer knowledge: MS Office;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a materials or customer service department;
• Knowledge of an IT-ERP system is an advantage;
• Good communication skills;
• Attention to details and customer oriented.
