Job Description:

Head of Department will work with resource management, quality assurance and control, and transfer processes across teams and customers. You will work together with the team leaders and office manager to ensure an optimal utilization of consultants time, and you will facilitate communication and decision making regarding prioritization.

Head of Department will also work to improve existing quality regime and ensure communication to the Nordic organization regarding the changes in procedures.
