The jobholder is responsible for the delivery of services (applications and platforms) in the area of Content & Workflow Applications, both on-premises and cloud, for OMV Petrom/regional group of countries according to best IT Service Management practice and also the required support for OMV Petrom Group.
The scope of duties for Job Holder include:
Responsabilities:
- Leads the Content & Workflow Applications Department with the accountability to design, implement, transition, operate and continual service improvement of Content & Workflow Applications Department Services (SharePoint, M-Files, Service Now, O365 and others) for defined OMV Petrom/regional customers within the allocated budget responsibility;
- Contributes to the design of the Corporate IT Strategy and Roadmap to enable the digital transformation for the Customers (Upstream, Downstream, Corporate) based on concrete business needs and reflecting relevant market developments;
- Coordinates the implementation and migrations from on-premise to cloud taking also fully into account change management and training aspects to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction;
- Closely collaborates with relevant global and regional stakeholders, peers from different areas and global counterparts in order to define end user collaboration and workplace productivity requirements while also ensuring collaboration and alignment with the OMV IT organization;
- Ensure alignments with Commercial SMs responsible for the ASPs in Content & Workflow Applications Department `s scope and with the Vendor Management team in order to improve the collaboration with the external partners;
- Develops proposals for higher Department Management level communication and ensures interaction including consulting, understanding and supporting the Content & Workflow Applications department and customers and actively drives initiatives in the area of innovation and digital transformation / change;
- Hires, coaches, trains and leads a high level expertise and diverse team of experts to ensure required IT and collaboration capabilities for all the employees. Advises customers representatives on related Content & Workflow Applications services for adequate knowledge management and process optimization in area of responsibility;
- Responsible for developing the team members of Content & Workflow Applications Department. Challenges the teams to provide inputs assessing the impact of emerging technologies against strategic IT developments enabling the business capabilities;
- Responsible for improving customer centricity and act as a contributor in projects in their initial, strategic stage of demands;
- Coordinates technical activities of internal / external resources and ensures efficient delivery of application services to Petrom Regional customers as well as an efficient capacity planning.
Requirements:
- Master Diplom (Economics / Cybernetics / Management / IT);
- A professional lead with advanced knowledge and practice across own discipline. Has advanced understanding of the business context, all interfaces and interdependencies and manages complex workflows with other disciplines, business and IT. Has advanced knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of applications, and key business processes;
- Relevant professional experience: more than 9 years, with more than 5 years of leadership experience;
- Advanced knowledge in Content & Workflow Applications regional & global processes such as SharePoint on premise and SharePoint Online, M-Files, Service Now;
- Proven project management experience in an international environment with multidisciplinary teams, advanced expertise in innovation; experience in working with Agile methodology and New Ways of Working;
- Profound knowledge in ITIL framework and awareness regarding Information Security;
- Experience in delivering big IT systems with high impact in business;
- Excellent service management knowlegde;
- Experience in working in a shared services organisation;
- Proficient English User C1.
