Department Manager OT & IT Integration

The job holder will be responsible for leading, developing and steering OT&IT Integration Department and systematically implementing a performance driven culture, in line with Digital Excellence Petrom Upstream Service Line and OMV Digital Excellence strategic objectives in order to ensure and accommodate new activities, enlarge the types of OT&IT Integration provided in the area covered by department.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable and responsible for continuous alignment with Digital Excellence Vienna and relevant stakeholders in Head Office Vienna and for active participation in globally defined Projects and DigitUp Use Cases;
• Steering and supervises all delivery activities of OT&IT Integration department;
• Fully accountable of compliance with OT Cyber Security Framework in OMV Petrom Upstream; Supports management on OT Cyber Security principles that are to be applied; Manage OT Cyber Security activities to control risk exposure from area of responsibility;
• Ensures that all projects involving instrumentation, automation, DCS/PCS/SCADA fulfill necessary requirements of OT Cyber Security;
• Fully accountable for all provided support of OT&IT Integration department to its national and international customers (OMV Petrom Upstream group wide) and based on projects to OMV Upstream, including international branch offices, in all areas covered by department;
• Fully accountable for the OT&IT Integration provided to OMV Petrom Upstream in regards to Services: Well Automation, SCADA Systems, PLDS (Pipeline Leak Detection System), SCADA for Electrical Systems, Predictive Maintenance in compliance with Global Solutions standards (time, budget and quality);
• Fully accountable for the implementation of the department strategy plans and identification of  opportunities to enhance quality and value of OT&IT Integration delivered by the department towards regional OMV Petrom Upstream community within the entire portfolio of IT services;
• Efficient delivery of OT&IT solutions to OMV Petrom Upstream and base on projects worldwide to OMV Upstream within Digital Excellence Petrom Upstream Service Line, based on documented agreements with the business and Global Solutions standards.

Requirements:

• Master Diploma (IT Management). A professional lead with extensive knowledge across his/her own discipline;
• More than 8 years of leadership experience, more than 12 years of relevant professional skills and extensive experience in IT with focus in OT&IT Integration area, working ideally with multidisciplinary teams, preferably in international environment;
• Advanced knowledge of key IT&C areas of the Department: Well Automation, SCADA Systems for Oil, Gas and Other facilities, PLDS (Pipeline Leak Detection System), SCADA for Electrical Systems: EDEN (Energy Data ENgine), SMRI (Sistem Monitorizare Rezistenta Izolatie), IDD (Defects Indicators for Electrical Lines), Predictive Maintenance: Aptitude Analyst (SKF), Observer (SKF) etc.;
• Advance knowledge and experience in area of  IT or OT security with deep knowledge of  Industrial control systems (ICS), preferably in oil & gas industry, relevant security regulations, related legislation/norms;
• Excellent business analysis and process mapping /re-engineering capabilities, service and delivery management experience, people management, leadership and maximizing profits skills (leadership, budgeting, activity coordination & controlling);
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills to develop and set up effective organizational structures, roles and responsibilities, information flows and operationally prioritize and control on-going regular and project based activities efficiently;
• Solid understanding of the Oil & Gas business, especially Surface area of business and its requirements towards IT&C; 
• English – advanced level (written and verbal) and advanced MS Office knowledge.
