Marketing executive will

Support the Brand Manager in implementing brand projects , by ensuring project network is followed; by providing market analysis and business context assessment ; deploying communication assets according to the plan; keep a thorough track of the budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the deployment of brand plans and ensuring project network is followed;
  • Supporting the achievement of  brand targets in RO with performing operative marketing tasks in collaboration with partner departments;
  • Executing market analysis based on Nielsen /GfK/Kantar data regularly  and based on business needs;
  • Local coordination for Artwork Production Process from design to pre-press stage, being accountable for shaping and landing in the market all the new packaging;
  • Creating and coordinating promotional/sampling/digital and PR activities in close cooperation with agencies;
  • Building and nurturing good, challenging and constructive relationship with Brand Development team, SCE community, CMI, trade marketing and sales;
  • Cooperate closely  with Customer marketing team & Supply Chain to ensure a smooth implementation of our plans;
  • Ensure launch materials availability: portfolio management, trade selling story, trade samples, Key Visuals , POS guideline, etc. ;
  • Tracking execution of the budget , ensure all costs are posted in the financial system in due time and monitor results;
  • Follow  offline and online tactical campaigns as per the plan agreed with the Brand manager
  • Coordinate media asset adaptation with digital agency  and delivery to media channels;

Run all the necessary administrative tasks for the brand (internal orders, marketing materials management etc.)

Requirements:

  • College / University degree: MSc in Business Economics / Marketing is preferred
  • Experience in marketing/PR/ market research/ client service
  • 2 years of experience is required
  • Understanding and usage of the digital marketing tools is an advantage
  • Proven affinity and experience in project management
  • Excellent MS Office skills are required, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency both in Romanian and English;
  • Effective communication skills
  • Substantial organizational and analytical skills
  • Skill in completing multiple tasks and projects in parallel
