DESIGN ENGINEER

OVERALL PURPOSE:

Design parts and equipment from mechanical point of view, to meet customer specific requirements, in compliancewith Technophar Engineering standards

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Prepare technical documentation (BOM, technical manual, work instructions, maintenance instructions, user manual);

- Prepare all necessary documents for DQ elaboration;

- Elaborate technical documentation used in the price quotations;

- Define parts, components, equipment in the ERP according with internal procedures;

- Prepare the documentation used in equipment final testing process ( FAT, SAT);

- Participate at the final testing of equipment, as well in front of customers;

- Participate at testing and homologation of new products;

- Solve the materials exemption for the design projects and for the work in progress;

- Give technical assistance in the manufacturing process, at production department request;

- Process and put the details in the technical documentation received from customers, for production launch.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Education: Technical University, mechanical field

Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Knowledge of mechanical design process

Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining)

Knowledge of Design Engineering software (AutoDesk )

English language skills

Good team working abilities

Communication skills

Customer orientation ( internal and external)
