Job Description

• Development and design of testing devices and production equipment including creation of drawings
• Stress/strength calculation using finite element method,
• Failure influence analysis (FMEA)
• Acceptance of equipment and devices, if necessary on site at the customer
• Assembly and production of experimental and auxiliary devices
• Task clarification with all interfaces and areas including support of production orders with external companies
• Material disposition using BonaPARte
• Documentation according to machine guidelines
• Business travel to internal customers
• Willingness for intensive training in Germany (Machining, Drafting, CAD / Product Design, Equipment Design)

Qualifications

• Study in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable degree
• Experience in machining and mechanical engineering
• Experience in CAD systems (preferred PTC Creo)
• Independent, meticulous work and high degree of initiative including improvisation skills
• Team and communication skills and assertiveness also over the Departmental boundaries
• Knowledge of EDC products
• Good skills in spoken and written English, another foreign language, preferred German is welcome
• MS Office knowledge
• Driving license class B
