Developer - ERP Microsoft Dynamics Sibiu area

Stein & Partner is an executive search recruitment company, present for 25 years in Romania and CEE region.

We are looking for our client who is a German manufacturer of industrial textiles based in Sibiu area, Romania.

The future ERP Developer will support the maintenance and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software application in the company. He / She will be part of the existing project team in Germany and Romania, as well as in direct cooperation with the ERP partner / Microsoft.

Main Accountabilities

• Maintaining functionalities and optimizing the ERP software Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet the business needs of the company
• Ensuring software development in C/AL and AL in cooperation with the company’s solution partner
• Performing design of queries and views, as well as the creation of dashboards for Power BI
• Ensuring development and maintenance of the companys’ product models with the e-Con CPQ software for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Ensuring the integration between existing systems (ACT! - CRM, ELO - DMS, Akeneo - PIM) and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central architecture
• Actively participating in migrations and internal projects
• Monitoring project performance and compliance with the defined project goals
• Being in charge with ERP – related risk and change management

Professional Skills

• Completed studies in a relevant field (Computer Science / Business Informatics or a comparable education, supplemented by good knowledge of Business Administration)
• Several years of experience in software development in the area of ERP solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Sound knowledge of the Microsoft programming languages C/SIDE and C/AL or other programming experience in the Microsoft environment
• Experience with SQL databases and excellent knowledge of structured query language
• Experience in Visual Studio, VBA , C#, Java Script and / or HTML5 is desirable
• Application of Agile development methodology (SCRUM)
• Very good command of English
