DevOps Engineer

MFT InterOP team designs and executes the Axway MFT solution integration testing strategy. The main focus is on a delivery chain that covers complex scenarios which use the products involved in MFT transfers which are all managed by a Core product, in different stages of testing, from the system testing to system integration testing (of the whole MFT solution). The tests developed here are done in JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a qualified, highly motivated DevOps Engineer. He/she will have a key role in an Agile Team, responsible for helping us to accelerate the movement to a cloud-ready environment and to support the implementation of the industry best practices.

The DevOps engineer must understand and follow the established process. He/she will take part in the requirements analysis on a team level, define the steps to improve the automation process, update the existing Docker environment and investigate possible cloud solutions.

A secondary element for this position, the candidate will have to know or be willing to learn to write automation tests (in JavaScript) or to support the teammates in developing their DevOps skills.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Nodejs
• Troubleshooting and analysis skills
• Proactive, able to quickly identify risk areas
• Script programming (.: UNIX shell, Perl, Python) is a plus
• Experience with Gitlab CI is a plus
• Fluent English
