What we're looking for:

Orange Labs International Center is looking for a colleague in its Romanian team to contribute on building and running Orange’s Private Cloud Platforms and Tools.

You will be part of an agile international project team responsible to build, maintain and operate the Openshift platform dedicated to internal customers.

In your daily activities you will have the opportunity to work on Openshit cloud environments using specific DevOps tools while delivering in Agile methodology.

What you'll be doing:

*Help and assist new internal customers to onboard the Openshift platform (build and maintain documentation)

*Assist customers in using optimally the services provided by the platform by answering to requests through tickets and / or via dedicated chat channels

*Assist customers in adopting a cloud native approach in terms of automation and pipelining of build and delivery (CICD), micro services design.

*Contributes to ensure the agreed quality of service (SLA) by interconnecting closely with platform operations and build team (ie escalating incidents, bugs)

*Share knowledge and best practices about using the platform within the team and with the customers through User Groups.

What you need to know/have:

*Good knowledge of using Openshift platform or docker containers.

*Very good knowledge of Linux systems (RedHat Enterprise Linux/CentOS), scripting knowledge (Shell Scripting, Python etc.).

*Experienced with the Software Development Life Cycle processes, CICD, pipelining.

*Understanding of network (load balancing, DNS etc.) and security concepts.

*Good knowledge of version control system (Git – GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket etc.)

*Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet etc.).

Nice to have skills:

*Experience with planning and collaboration tools ( Jira, Trello, HipChat, Confluence etc).

*Good knowledge of monitoring solutions - Prometheus, Grafana, Victoria Metrics, etc.).

*Experience with infrastructure-as-code technologies (Terraform, Heat etc.).

*Experience with container orchestrators technologies (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm etc.).

*Basic programming skills (Java, Python, PHP etc.).

Working language(s): excellent English, French will be a plus
