The Digital Hub Content Manager will be the day-to-day lead on projects for their location’s Digital Hub, working with the local creative agencies to ensure the correct resources are secured and managed according to Digital Hub delivery timelines.
This new role will be focused on 2 key areas:
1) Management of Data Driven Marketing assets and optimization process: working with local Digital Hub and digital creative agencies to ensure best practices are adhered to, resulting in high quality and timely creation and optimization of assets.
2) Cascading and reporting latest campaign learning and case studies across Digital Hubs
Responsibilities
• Work with Digital Hub leads to forecast work
• Day to day management of content creation and optimization projects
• Step up, support development and delivery of better Digital & Social Advertising
• Supporting the brand managers, digital category managers and creative agencies in delivering best in class content (note: for big bet campaigns, technical knowledge will be required to deliver in house some of the assets in a very speedy manner).
• Be the leadership bridge between Digital Hub experts and digital creative agencies allocated to DDM projects
Skills:
• Vision - Unilever is looking for a leader who has a vision for how Unilever can be sector-leading in needs content and advertising, and has experience in and fully understands Data Driven Marketing, Needs Content, and Digital & Social Advertising – platforms, media, technology etc.
• Influence - A leader who is focused on the creation and optimization of content across consumer journey-driven strategy and is comfortable working with the Digital Hub team to optimize content through insights from data and analytics.
• People Management- A leader who can oversee and manage resources to ensure that projects are delivered in the most efficient/timely/quality manner.
• Creative quality/output - Finally, and most importantly, a hands-on leader who can take an insight/brief to create and optimize content/assets that deliver the vision to the highest quality.
Previous Experience
Ideal candidate will likely have:
• Experience managing needs content, and social and digital advertising projects
• Data-driven marketing experience
• A publishing and/or content creation background
• Ideally worked in an agency environment servicing brands and marketing clients
