PURPOSE STATEMENT:
We are looking for drive and passion to deliver exceptional digital loyalty programs for our brands. Responsible for on-going maintenance as well as development of our loyalty platforms, coordinating various suppliers. Role to be split into brand driven activities on own websites as well as analysis of website data with business relevant recommendations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Commercial & Communication
- Management of creative development of digital communications materials (.: newsletters, website materials, content series), overviewing the digital agency
- Input and support with overall brand strategy (. mechanics, content, communication)
- Performance media and database activities (. newsletters, SMS, push notifications) via specialized agencies or automated tools
- Logistics related process management (. prizes, redemptions) via operational partners
Development
- Business requirement consolidation for future developments
- Platform functionalities development - both in terms of base functionalities as well as projects/activation driven developments
- Maintenance and optimization of the website, overviewing the development agency
Reporting & Insights
- Sales and performance reporting
- Website consumer insights generation
- Reports and dashboard creation for internal audience
- Input into strategic decisions via analysis as well as exploration of opportunity spaces
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Understanding of CRM and CMS platforms (. Salesforce, Drupal, MS Dynamics)
- Familiarity with data analysis as well as data management/governance principles
- Ability to synthesize analyses with clear recommendations in terms of added value to the business
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fluency in Romanian and English (both oral and written)
- Computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Flexible and collaborative, team first, proactive attitude
- Understanding of the technology linked to the digital platforms (. SEO, performance media)
- Creative thinking alongside ability to challenge and do things differently
