Black Tech Group SRL – XIAOMI official distributor in Romania, needs a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.
We’re looking for someone with experience in copywriting, art direction and social media who can expand our brand’s reach locally while increasing brand loyalty and awareness. So if you enjoy doing all listed below 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday and sometimes, more, then we are looking forward to meeting you.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven working experience and knowledge in digital marketing;
- University degree preferable in Marketing/Communication/Business;
- Obvious experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or displaying advertising campaigns;
- Highly creative, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (. Google Analytics, WebTrends);
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns;
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in: social media marketing, search engine optimization, pay per click (PPC) campaigns, mobile marketing (including app-based, in-game, location-based and SMS marketing) affiliate marketing and measurement.
- Knowledge of English at an advanced level;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree a plus;
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy;
- Established press and media contacts
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department;
- Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet;
- Manage art and copywriting professionals (outsourcing where needed);
- Analyze key metrics that unit our website traffic and our service quotas;
- Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities;
- Planning and executing the: SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
- Designing, building and maintaining our social media presence;
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs);
- Brainstorming new and creative development strategies;
- Accurately analyzing and evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
- Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections;
- Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners;
- Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events;
