The Digital Marketing Specialist reports and works closely with the Marketing Manager to maximize awareness of priorities, across all communication channels in the market. The role will support continued development and growth and demands a creative spirit and well-organized mind for juggling and delivering on multiple campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for shaping both digital strategy and the execution of plans, working closely with SEO, PPC and Communication teams.
Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist manages projects through from initial concept to delivery, working with multiple internal and external parties.

Creative briefing management, working together with designers, copywriters and fellow marketers;

Planning with relevant teams and partners;

Manage execution and roll out;

Analytical and qualitative evaluation.

Working with internal stakeholders, you will be defining, shaping and executing marketing activities for Bannersnack new features and services initiatives; coordinating with internal and external delivery teams to ensure campaign objectives are met.

Building customer loyalty programs in order to connect a SaaS product with a mass consumer base / build different B2C / B2B marketing practices/campaigns to increase customer loyalty

Building and optimizing cross-platform marketing campaigns; creating project proposals and timelines for large scale web-based and digital projects, obtaining cross-departmental approval, as needed.

Reporting and Analysis: Liaison with the Data team to compile and distribute regular reports to internal team; utilize data to evaluate campaign efficacy; evaluate internal and competitive digital campaign performances to determine each promotion’s success and areas of opportunity/growth.

Supporting the Marketing Manager in evaluating potential areas to add incremental value to the business through owned and earned channels, creating and running a view of inventory.

Conducting research on different strategic initiatives and trends as well as digital best practices and project management trends.

Working alongside the Marketing Department and Product Management with launches, campaigns, and driving the revenue and expansion of the company.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Solid project management, multitasking and organizational skills are a must due to the complexity of the market segments, volume of campaign components and number of stakeholders.

Ability to analyze campaign data (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Ads, client database, email service providers) and assess relative successes/failures, recommending future paths; ability to incorporate changes or make appropriate decisions.

Background in digital project management working on campaigns from initial briefing to delivery.

Outstanding attention to detail.

A high level of initiative, problem-solving skills, and a ‘yes do’ attitude.

Ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities in a focused and timely manner; proactively address issues as they arise.
