Digital Services Manager

This position is part of our global services team responsible for supporting the Digital Services Managers located in all regions: UK, FR, NA. 

As a Digital Services Manager, you will assist the in-region Digital Service Managers with a focus on one or two regions.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Responsible for all aspects of administering incentives for sweepstakes and points programs;
• Responsible for uploading of initial panel content and the creation of panel variables beyond profiling questionnaire (. append client data);
• Assists with maintaining the panel: prepares panel health reports for manager’s review;
• Coordinate engagement content for community portal updates (. quick poll, blog article, discussion topic);
• Supports all database work, including migration of panel data;
• Performs basic survey data cleaning on client’s projects
• Performs fraud checks for new recruitment campaigns

Your abilities need to be:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
• Superior knowledge of Excel, working with large data sets, with excellent attention to detail;
• Mandatory advanced level of English (knowledge of French language is considered an asset);
• Panel management, marketing research operations, or project management experience a definite asset.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills;
• Excellent time management skills;
• IT proficiency particularly in Internet-driven applications, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
