RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works together with  Ecommerce Coordinator in order to identify and evaluate channel needs; enhancing the customer experience, increasing customers loyalty and sustaining business objectives
• Assists in the development, project planning and implementation of the channel strategy;
• Offers support for the sales forecasting and reconciliation
• Project planning driven by market data and consumer journey insights
• Managing relationships with partners and ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business
• Oversees the implementation of special offers and initiatives in ecommerce maintaining the technology and infrastructure
• Oversees content and communication flow
• Offer support to customer care team in solving tickets related to e-Com issues
• Share learnings and propose future developments to minimize consumer pain points in e-Com/digital

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in E-commerce Sales;
• Understanding of e-commerce operations;
• Good understanding of customer experience across different channels;
• Planning skills;
• Advanced skills of Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel;
• Fluent in English
