E-commerce and Sales Administrator

Full Time Job in Bucharest. Experience in B2B e-commerce, Customer Support and Technology is Mandatory. Occasionally Remote Work is Allowed.

Key responsibilities:

 Product Catalog

• Manage product catalog in  – categories, subcategories, product family, prices, content, tags, etc as well as page management including titles, descriptions, sorting, filters, and facets
• Collaborate with Marketing Department in order to upload marketing campaigns on the online platform, update the product catalog and EOL products, etc
• Write short form content for email, blog, social media in collaboration with our SEO expert
• Competition benchmarking – research and align prices, content etc according with our sales strategy
• Collaborate with sales team in order to ensure leads quality when necessarily
• Execute daily and weekly Ecommerce sales and analytics reporting
• Occasionally communicate with customer on chat, phone, email

Web Operations

• Work closely with marketing in order to develop new B2B site functionalities
• Publish and share Knowledge Based articles across various ecommerce categories including catalog management, menu, filters and facets, sorting, site-search, product families, and product copy.
• Troubleshooting and resolve issues in order to ensure User Experience and Site Performance
• Manage  technology stack

Requirements:

• Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills needed
• Navigate Woo Commerce & WordPress easily
• English – advanced level, both oral and written
• Capacity to work with figures and analytics
• Ability to easily navigate on the phone, email and chat
• At least 2 years experience in E-commerce and customer support orientation is mandatory
