We sell Barefoot leather shoes for kids and adults in Romania and over several countries in Europe.

Job description:

• offering customer support over the phone, Facebook and E-mail;
• respond promptly to customer inquiries;
• maintain customer relationship;
• follow up and troubleshoot customer problems;

Profile:

• Medium-advanced English level (written and spoken);
• client oriented;
• basic PC knowledge - E-mail, Excel
• highly organized person
