Key responsabilities:
1. Lead the design and execution of the shopper journey & experience;
2. Drive the activation & grow the on-line business;
3. Manage directly the on-line shop in Romania;
4. Manage Data, Analytics and Insights and use to grow the two businesses long-term across the country;
5. On-line Business Development long-term strategy;
6. Bring e-commerce expertise to the different team for long-term Business Planning and ongoing Plans;
